What makes my programming different than free exercise programs on youtube/other trainers?

I provide tailored programming based off of your specific goals and needs with extra emphasis on holistic health/injury prevention.

I highlight the common problems and concerns that queer and trans people face in mobility/accessibility/and contraindications due to lack of research in the mainstream fitness industry (ex: how will training impact a person going through hormone therapy, post-op care training for bottom/top surgery. etc).

What equipment do I need?

Full gym access is recommended for in-person programming, but I have flexible and hybrid options for people with limited equipment/no gym access:

  • At home work out option
    • Can be done via zoom/in person
    • Minimal equipment needed/I bring the equipment you need to you
  • Apartment Gym
    • I drive to your apartment complex and train you at your apartment gym
  • Van’s Gym
    • Discounted fitness packages are available if you drive to my gym
      • Locations:
        • UCLA gym (Westwood)
        • Any EOS fitness
        • Private gym center (TBD)

Can I still get results at home with an online program?

Yes, I have trained over 100+ clients in multiple mediums, both online and in-person and have achieved outstanding results in top-rated facilities (UCLA, Ultimate Performance, Equinox and more)

Online programs are cost-effective options for training that provide you with tight accountability and organizational needs:
    • Minimal equipment at home needed
    • Good program to select if you are self-paced/intermediate as well
    • Includes nutritional tracking and check ins

What happens when I graduate a program?

You can choose to continue another program that will be a continuation of your completed one:

We will progressively overload (increase resistance and reps) and graduate onto more advanced techniques

We will periodize the rest of the year to focus on different phases of fitness
  • Hypertrophy (Muscle growth)
  • Strength  (Increase maximum load)
  • Supercompensation (Increased growth + strength)
  • Deload/Recovery

We will set new goals for you to achieve/reassess on previous programs to see what areas we need to work on in order to continue.
